Honda's small car been previewed in a prototype at the Thai Motor Expo

Honda has announced that a prototype that shows the direction of the New Small Car concept will be shown at the Thailand International Motor Expo 2010 that begins at the end of this month. The prototype will derive from the concept car that was shown this January at the Auto Expo in Delhi, but will resemble the production version. Two different versions of the car will be showcased, according to the company. The Indian model will be developed exclusively for its growing small car market, and the Thai version will meet the market's fuel efficiency expectations. .
Finally Honda is also entering to the small segment like the other brands rather than going to the bigger segment.

Tata Aria ... the most expensive tata till date . .

Tata Aria having pretty good features but a price tag of 13-15 lakhs .. voo now thats amazing . tata products were known for its low price tag now which has been proven wrong with the entry on tata aria. i dont think it would make a good market because of its reputation of not giving a good finishing. it would be intersting to see.

it has a good features like . ABS with EBD ESP with TCS. Its 2.2 DICOR engine provides it with the brute force which gives you the power to blaze through the road.

Which is better- Skoda Fabia or Volkswagan Polo

Here's the skoda's all new Fabia with very elegant looks and even better engine.Skoda India has added more flavour to the already existing Skoda Fabiarange by launching New Skoda Fabia in India. The new Fabia comes loaded with 1.2 litre 75 bhp petrol & diesel variants and 1.6L 105 bhp petrol engine. Both the 1.2 liter mills are doing duty in Volkswagen Polo while the 1.6L, petrol engine powers newly launched Volkswagen Vento. Apart from the engine addition, the New Skoda Fabia has been packed with new tail lamp, wider tyre, larger for lamp, dual tone dashboard, manual AC, CD/MP3 player, Dual front airbags, ABS and dual rate brake assist, Motor speed regulation (MSR), Engine Braking Control (EBC), and 14 inch alloy wheels that comes in top end variant.

And heres a good competition . the all new entry of Volkswagan Polo.Volkswagen Passenger Cars has launched its much-awaited higher-end Highline variant of Volkswagen Polo, Volkswagen Polo 1.6 petrol today, at Rs 6.16 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The big-brother in Volkswagen Polo range has got a powerful heart that is 1.6 l litre 4 cylinder petrol powertrain that pumps out max power of 105 Ps at 5250 rpm and a top torque of 153 Nm at 3,750 rpm. The engine is incorporated with a 5 speed manual transmission. The company claims a mileage of 15.96 kmpl. All the other features except engine in 1.6 Polo remains the same as 1.2 litre Polo.

A tough competiton but still my personal choice is Volkswagen Polo.

VOO.. finaly Captiva getting its makover in the coming year

All the eyes on the new chevrolet Captiva ..
The Captiva is a handsome vehicle, no doubt, but it's getting a full design update come model year 2011. Leading from the front is the wide two-part grille, reshaped hood and redesigned headlamps. Under the redesigned hood, a new range of engines will also make its debut. The current 2.0-litre turbodiesel will be replaced by a 2.2-litre unit that generates about 163PS - this figure may drop for the Indian market as it will be recalibrated for our fuel. This engine will drive either the front wheels or all four, as before, through a six-speed automatic transmission for our market. Hill-start assist, electronic stability control, traction control and braking assist are all standard equipment for the new Captiva. The interior also has been redesigned, with the front fascia now flowing into the driver and passenger doors to create a 'cockpit' feeling. The backlighting will also switch to ice blue, as in the Cruze ..
for sure a new look of captiva must effect the other SUVs in this segment..
